Appropriates $15,000,000 from the State General Fund to Clark County for eviction diversion programs

Appropriates $5,250,000 to the City of Reno for eviction diversion programs, with requirements that residents of unincorporated Washoe County and City of Sparks must not be prohibited from participating

Appropriates $750,000 to the Nevada Rural Housing Authority for eviction diversion programs

Limits administrative costs to no more than 10% of each appropriation for all recipients and their grantees

Requires each recipient to submit expenditure reports to the Interim Finance Committee by December 18, 2026 and September 17, 2027, with all unspent funds reverting to the State General Fund by September 17, 2027
