Expands Nevada Medicaid coverage for voluntary sterilization to include men, in addition to existing coverage for women

Adds coverage for clinical services related to contraceptive drugs, devices, and services, including monitoring of contraception use and effectiveness

Requires Medicaid to cover language translation services provided during family planning and contraceptive care, with the Division of Health Care Financing and Policy developing cost-effective reimbursement rates comparable to other government entities

Allows any qualified health care provider to be reimbursed for covered contraceptive services if within their scope of practice, training, and experience, regardless of inpatient or outpatient setting

Takes effect January 1, 2026, with immediate effect upon passage for regulatory and administrative preparation
