Expands the health care provider database maintained by the Director of Health and Human Services to collect four new data points from license renewal applicants: sex, licenses held in other jurisdictions, telehealth utilization, and types of patients served (including newborns, children, adults, seniors, veterans, incarcerated persons, persons with disabilities, Medicaid/Medicare recipients, and others).

Requires the Director to analyze database information and report to the Legislature on strategies to attract more people—particularly from underrepresented groups—to health care careers in Nevada and to improve health outcomes.

Maintains confidentiality of provider identity in the database, with de-identified data shared with the Working Group and published in annual reports.

Effective January 1, 2026, for data collection purposes, with immediate effect upon passage for regulatory and administrative preparation.
