Expands eligibility for human trafficking victims to petition for vacatur and record sealing from limited offenses to any crime under Nevada state law or any county, city, or town ordinance violation

Eliminates filing fees for petitions and creates a rebuttable presumption that judgments should be vacated and records sealed when a petition is filed

Allows courts to grant petitions without a hearing if the petitioner includes official documentation and the prosecuting agency does not file a written objection within 30 days

Expands records eligible for sealing to include work cards issued by local law enforcement, licenses, and non-conviction victim-related entries

Applies retroactively to any conviction obtained before, on, or after the effective date and prohibits retaliation against petitioners by any person or governmental entity
