Requires the Nevada Department of Education to prepare a report and authorizes adoption of state regulations if the federal Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA), Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), or Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA) are repealed in whole or in part by the federal government.

Requires the Board of Regents of the University of Nevada to prepare a similar report and authorizes regulations if Title IX of the Education Amendments Act of 1972 (sex discrimination protections) is federally repealed.

Requires the Division of Human Resource Management to prepare a report and authorizes the Department of Administration to adopt regulations if Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (race, color, national origin discrimination protections) is federally repealed.

Requires the Department of Health and Human Services to prepare a report and authorizes the State Board of Health to adopt regulations if HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996) is federally repealed.

Reports must include recommendations for continuing services without interruption, analysis of whether repealed federal provisions should be incorporated into Nevada Revised Statutes, and assessment of funding sources; reports are submitted to the Legislative Counsel Bureau for transmittal to relevant interim committees and the Legislature.
