County and city clerks must post daily mail ballot and provisional ballot statistics on their websites by 11 a.m. from the day after early voting begins through the day after election results are canvassed, including totals returned via drop box, USPS, ballots requiring signature curing, and ballots counted/tabulated.

County clerks must publish a downloadable alphabetical listing of all registered voters on their website on the first business day of each month, available free of charge to any person.

Mail ballot return envelopes must include a space for voters to write their telephone number to facilitate contact for signature curing or verification.

The Secretary of State must compile and post statewide ballot data, estimate mail ballots still with USPS, and adopt regulations defining specific signature defect categories and provisional ballot reporting processes.

Access to information about individual provisional ballots remains restricted to the voter who cast the ballot; effective date is January 1, 2026.
