Removes the requirement for motor clubs to provide members with the location of their usual place of business in Nevada; clubs must still provide their home office address with street, number, and city

Expands eligibility for non-resident club agent licenses to include individuals from states that do not require a license to act as a club agent

Maintains existing pathway for non-residents to obtain club agent licenses if their home state permits Nevada residents to act as club agents there (reciprocity provision)

Amends NRS 696A.190 and NRS 696A.280 governing motor club member disclosures and club agent licensing qualifications
