Unlicensed hemp product sellers must display signs at customer entrances stating "THIS LOCATION IS NOT LICENSED TO SELL CANNABIS" (letters at least 1 inch high, visible from 30 feet) and signs at sales stations stating "ALL HEMP PRODUCTS CONTAIN LESS THAN THE LEGAL LIMIT OF THC"

Prohibits unlicensed hemp sellers from making false, misleading, or deceptive advertising claims about holding a cannabis license or about the nature of hemp products, including claims that hemp products are cannabis or produce intoxicating effects

Violations constitute a deceptive trade practice under NRS 598.0903 to 598.0999, subjecting violators to existing civil and criminal penalties

Authorizes the Cannabis Compliance Board to investigate violations and refer cases to the Attorney General for enforcement

Applies to persons without a cannabis establishment license who sell or offer to sell hemp products intended for human consumption
