Nevada DMV authorized to issue special "Antique Kei Vehicle" license plates for imported vehicles at least 25 years old with engines 660cc or less, maximum 60 inches wide and 135 inches long, with enclosed passenger cabs and four wheels

Vehicles with these plates restricted to club activities, exhibitions, tours, parades, and maintenance uses only—not general transportation (defined as over 5,000 miles annually or commercial use)

Antique kei vehicles exempt from exhaust emissions testing requirements in Clark and Washoe Counties if owners certify driving under 5,000 miles in the preceding year

Fee structure set at $35 for initial special plates plus $10 annual renewal; $10 replacement fee for lost or damaged plates; personalized prestige plate options available for additional fees

Effective October 1, 2025 for all purposes; requires two-thirds majority vote for passage
