Authorizes the Department of Employment, Training and Rehabilitation to establish a career coach program in middle schools and junior high schools, contingent on available funding

Career coaches would provide students with guidance on career pathway exploration, career readiness skills development, and financial literacy education both inside and outside the classroom

Requires the Department to prioritize placing career coaches in schools located in zip codes with high unemployment levels

Mandates collaboration with state agencies, school districts, local governments, chambers of commerce, nonprofit organizations, trade associations, and regional development authorities

Permits the Department to accept gifts, donations, and grants, and to enter into contracts or award grants to entities with expertise to support the program
