Extends the reversion date for a $1,436,720 appropriation to the Department of Corrections for the Nevada Offender Tracking Information System from September 19, 2025 to September 17, 2027

Delays implementation of the revised sentence credit system from July 1, 2025 to July 1, 2026, affecting how offenders earn credits to reduce their minimum and maximum prison terms

Allows offenders to earn up to 90 days of additional credit per year for exceptional meritorious service, on top of the standard 35% good behavior credit against their sentence

Requires the Department of Corrections to provide offenders with a written comparison of estimated credits under the old versus new system before they elect to switch to the revised credit method

Excludes offenders convicted of violent felonies, sexual offenses, felony DUI, or Category A or B felonies from earning credits against their minimum sentence terms
