Board of Wildlife Commissioners gains authority to establish fees by regulation for power-driven vessel numbering, titling, certificate renewal, duplicate validation decals, and title transfers, replacing the current statutory fee schedule ($20-$100 based on vessel length)

Vessel registration fees must be based on straight line length of the vessel and must be the same amount for both issuance and renewal of certificates

Department of Wildlife must deposit a fixed $800,000 annually to the State Education Fund by July 31, replacing the current requirement to deposit 50% of length-based fees by December 31

Fee revenue may be used for boating education and access projects, administration and enforcement of vessel and wildlife laws, and costs incurred when game wardens assist other law enforcement agencies

Effective July 1, 2025, with existing statutory fees remaining in effect until the Commission adopts new fee regulations
