Allows all money remaining in the Grant Matching Account to carry forward to the next fiscal year, regardless of whether it has been committed for expenditure

The Grant Matching Account supports the Nevada Grant Matching Program, which provides matching funds to state agencies, local agencies, tribal governments, and nonprofit organizations seeking federal grants

Becomes effective immediately upon passage and approval
