Eliminates the provision allowing female Assembly members to have "Assemblywoman" precede their name on official stationery and business cards

Updates terminology in 14 sections of state law covering elections, civil actions, candidacy filings, election contests, license plates, and city charters (Carson City and Mesquite)

Delays the requirement for DMV to issue "Assemblymember" license plates until after the 2026 general election

Becomes effective upon passage and approval
