Expands the prohibition on intentionally feeding wildlife from only "big game mammals" to all wildlife classified as wild mammals by the Board of Wildlife Commissioners, and adds a prohibition on taking game birds by baiting or in baited areas without Department authorization

Prohibits knowingly bringing into or possessing in Nevada the excrement or bodily fluid of elk, deer, moose, and other animals susceptible to chronic wasting disease, in addition to the existing prohibition on carcasses

Increases civil penalties for unlawfully killing or possessing a moose from $250-$5,000 to $5,000-$30,000 by reclassifying moose as a "trophy big game mammal"

Eliminates the State Board of Agriculture's permit program for "alternative livestock" (captive-bred fallow deer and reindeer raised for meat production), making it a misdemeanor to import, possess, or propagate such animals in Nevada

Becomes effective upon passage and approval
