Establishes the Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder Treatment Assistance Program within the Aging and Disability Services Division to serve persons diagnosed with fetal alcohol spectrum disorders through age 13

Program will be administered by the existing Autism Treatment Assistance Program and serves as the primary state program for persons with fetal alcohol spectrum disorders

Authorizes the program, subject to available funding, to prescribe an application process for parents/guardians, develop individualized treatment plans, and promote evidence-based treatments

Permits the program to educate parents/guardians on fetal alcohol spectrum disorders, establish assessment systems to measure treatment progress, and assist families in obtaining available public services

Becomes effective upon passage and approval
