Proceeds from sales of food, souvenirs, and other items in the Legislative Building or Legislative Counsel Bureau facilities must be deposited in the Legislative Fund, with a revolving account balance up to $150,000 that does not revert at fiscal year end.

Every state office, agency, court, or other entity must be part of one of the three branches of state government (Legislative, Executive, or Judicial); no entity exists outside these three departments under the Nevada Constitution.

A Carson City parcel (lots 5-10, block 4, Pierson and Goodridge Addition, parcel number 004-061-02) will be placed under exclusive legislative supervision and control, contingent upon completion of its purchase.

Sections 1, 2, and 3 take effect upon passage and approval; Section 4 regarding the land parcel takes effect upon completion of the property purchase.
