Removes the October 1, 2027 expiration date for the Nye County Sales and Use Tax Act of 2007, making the tax authority permanent

The tax funds public safety purposes: recruiting and equipping firefighters, deputy sheriffs, and other public safety personnel; improving existing public safety facilities; and constructing new facilities

Tax revenue applies to Pahrump, Amargosa Valley, Beatty, Tonopah, Round Mountain, Manhattan, Gabbs, and other towns or unincorporated areas in Nye County

Becomes effective upon passage and approval
