Increases term length for Juvenile Justice Oversight Commission members from 2 years to 4 years

Replaces Nevada's specific 25-member composition requirements with a general requirement that membership comply with federal Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention Act standards (34 U.S.C. § 11133)

Removes detailed state-law categories for appointees including Senate/Assembly nominees, Supreme Court nominees, juvenile services directors, district attorneys, public defenders, and youth members under age 24

Terminates all current Commission members' terms on October 1, 2025, requiring the Governor to appoint new members under the revised requirements
