Expands Nevada's definition of "wildlife" to include "designated invertebrates," defined as invertebrate species identified as greatest conservation need in the State Wildlife Action Plan, excluding pests

Requires the Department of Wildlife to coordinate with the State Department of Agriculture when preparing the State Wildlife Action Plan and consider the Nevada Managed Pollinator Protection Plan

Creates a new wildlife classification category for designated invertebrates, allowing the Board of Wildlife Commissioners to regulate these species

Mandates that designated invertebrates determined to be endangered must be placed on the fully protected species list, prohibiting capture, removal, or destruction except by special permit

Extends existing conservation programs for native fish and vertebrates to include designated invertebrates, authorizing interstate cooperation agreements for their protection
