Reinstates requirement that state and local government buildings open to the public must provide rooms or spaces to state or county central committees of major political parties upon application

During presidential election years, rooms must be provided without charge for any purpose

During non-presidential election years, rooms must be provided without charge for precinct meetings (meetings to elect delegates and alternates for party conventions)

For non-precinct meeting purposes in non-presidential years, parties must be charged no more than the rate charged to any other group

Exempts buildings owned or occupied by the Nevada System of Higher Education from these requirements; effective July 1, 2025
