Urges the President and Congress to prioritize passage of the Southern Nevada Economic Development and Conservation Act, which would release certain federally managed land to Nevada and local governments for housing development

Approximately 85% of land in Nevada is owned and managed by the Federal Government, primarily through the Bureau of Land Management, limiting available land for residential development

Calls for land transfers to be conducted with comprehensive planning, public input, sustainable development practices, and protection of environmental and cultural values

Directs the Chief Clerk of the Assembly to transmit copies to the President, Vice President, Speaker of the House, and Nevada's Congressional Delegation

Resolution becomes effective upon passage and has no fiscal impact on state or local government
