Proposes amending the Nevada Constitution to require the Legislature and its members to comply with the same public records laws as other governmental entities, with exceptions for personnel files, audit files, draft legislation requests, litigation records, and security information

Requires each Legislator to publicly disclose any relationship they or their immediate family members have with entities receiving appropriations in bills, including employment, contracts, and board affiliations

Mandates the Legislature to regularly publish a list of conflict disclosures identifying all personal interests of each Legislator that may result in a conflict of interest

Subjects the Legislature and its members to the same Open Meeting Law requirements that apply to other public bodies, requiring legislative committee meetings to be open to the public with limited exceptions

Resolution becomes effective upon passage and would add new Sections 40 and 41 to Article 4 of the Nevada Constitution while amending existing Sections 6 and 15
