Adopts the Standing Rules for the Nevada Assembly for the 83rd Session (2025), governing officers, employees, sessions, meetings, decorum, debate, voting, committees, and legislative procedures.

Establishes 10 standing committees: Ways and Means, Judiciary, Revenue, Education, Legislative Operations and Elections, Natural Resources, Growth and Infrastructure, Commerce and Labor, Health and Human Services, and Government Affairs.

Grants the Speaker broad authority to preside over Assembly proceedings, appoint committees, sign bills and resolutions, decide questions of order, accredit media, and maintain chamber decorum.

Creates a Select Committee on Ethics with 6 members (3 Assemblymembers, 3 qualified electors) to hear ethics complaints and advise on conflicts of interest, with proceedings remaining confidential unless the subject requests a public hearing.

Authorizes members to participate remotely via approved technology systems in exceptional circumstances with Speaker approval, with such remote participation counting as present for quorum and voting purposes.
