Creates a category D felony for creating, serving in, or conspiring to create a false slate of presidential electors, punishable by 1-4 years in state prison, up to $5,000 fine, and mandatory 6 months county jail if granted probation

Establishes a category C felony for knowingly creating, filing, or submitting false election documents with intent to defraud, punishable by 1-5 years in state prison and up to $5,000 fine

Prohibits persons convicted of false elector offenses from being elected or appointed to any public office in Nevada, with no restoration of this right even after serving sentence or receiving parole/pardon

Authorizes the Secretary of State to investigate alleged violations or refer cases to the Attorney General or district attorney, with subpoena power over witnesses and documents

Prohibits knowingly interfering with the nomination or selection process for presidential electors
