Moves the Deputy Chief of the Office of Information Security position from classified to unclassified state service, with a grandfather clause allowing the incumbent as of July 1, 2025 to remain classified until vacating the position

Transfers breach investigation duties from the Chief of Information Security to the Deputy Chief, who will investigate and resolve breaches of state agency information systems

Replaces the Director of the Department of Administration with the Chief Information Officer as a member of the Information Technology Advisory Board
