Authorizes governmental entities (state, local, and their agencies) to disclose confidential information to Nevada's statewide victim assistance center for the limited purpose of providing support services to crime victims, unless prohibited by federal law.

Requires the victim assistance center to keep any confidential information received from government entities confidential, with disclosure not altering the information's confidential status.

Defines "victim" to include both persons who suffer direct harm from violent crimes and those who suffer indirect harm, including witnesses to crimes.

Adds a definition of "governmental entity" to encompass state government, state agencies, political subdivisions, and agencies of political subdivisions.
