Increases required annual meetings between diversity and inclusion liaisons and minority group representatives from one to three times per year

Requires three state entities to collaborate on facilitating these meetings: the Office of Minority Health and Equity, the Nevada Commission on Minority Affairs, and the Office for New Americans

Meetings must address matters of mutual concern, service accessibility, elimination of systemic racism, and strategies for minority group access to state programs

Annual report on meeting findings and recommendations must be submitted to the Governor and Legislative Commission by January 1 each year

Effective date: July 1, 2025
