Expands bail restrictions to prohibit courts from admitting to bail persons arrested for domestic violence battery if they were under a suspended sentence or serving residential confinement for a different offense at the time of arrest

Authorizes courts to revoke a defendant's bail upon showing the defendant committed domestic violence battery during the release period, in addition to the existing authority to revoke bail for felonies committed while released

Permits law enforcement officers to arrest without a warrant persons who violate court-ordered no-contact conditions of pretrial release, if the officer has probable cause to believe an order exists, the person received notice, and is violating the order

Amends NRS 178.484, 178.4845, and 178.487 to strengthen protections for domestic violence victims through stricter bail and pretrial release enforcement mechanisms
