Expands Nevada's juvenile court treatment program from autism spectrum disorders only to also include children with neurobehavioral disorders associated with prenatal exposure to alcohol or controlled substances

Eligible conditions now include fetal alcohol spectrum disorders and neonatal abstinence syndrome, as defined by the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders

Children alleged or adjudicated to have committed delinquent acts may be assigned to the program if diagnosed with or suspected to have a qualifying disorder and would benefit from participation

Program assignments must include terms for successful completion, applicable supervision or probation conditions, and progress reports at court-set intervals
