Authorizes Nevada to employ non-citizens as peace officers if they are legally authorized to work in the U.S. under federal law and have prior experience as a peace officer in another state

Prohibits the Peace Officers' Standards and Training Commission from adopting regulations that require U.S. citizenship for peace officer certification if the applicant meets the federal work authorization and out-of-state experience requirements

Voids any existing POST Commission regulations that conflict with these new provisions

Effective date: January 1, 2026
