Cannabis Compliance Board must adopt regulations for testing cannabis and cannabis products, changing from permissive ("may") to mandatory ("shall") authority

Representative samples of each lot must be tested by a cannabis independent testing laboratory, with sampling methods aligned to ASTM International Standard D8334/8334M

Lot size limits defined as: 15 pounds or less for flowers, 45 pounds or less for leaves/trim, or 150 pounds or less for wet material used for extraction (within 2 hours of harvest)

Minimum sample weights required for cannabis flower testing: 10 grams for lots under 5 pounds, 15 grams for lots 5-10 pounds, and 20 grams for lots 10-15 pounds
