Prohibits manufacturers from importing, selling, or offering for sale in Nevada any household cleaning product for which animal testing was conducted on or after January 1, 2030

Covers household cleaning products including spot removers, stain removers, upholstery cleaners, glass cleaners, dish soap, and laundry detergent; excludes products regulated under the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act

Provides exceptions for animal testing required by federal, state, or foreign regulatory agencies; when no appropriate non-animal testing methods exist; or for comprehensive safety assessments where animal testing is necessary

Products or ingredients tested on animals before January 1, 2030 remain exempt, even if manufactured after that date

Violations constitute a deceptive trade practice under NRS Chapter 598, subjecting violators to existing civil and criminal penalties
