Appropriates $5,000,000 from the State General Fund to the Interim Finance Committee for allocation to Mondays Dark, Inc. to build a community facility in the Las Vegas area providing educational, mental health, and other services

Funding is contingent on Mondays Dark, Inc. obtaining equivalent matching funds from private or public sources and submitting proof to the Interim Finance Committee

Mondays Dark, Inc. must submit expenditure reports to the Interim Finance Committee by December 18, 2026 and a final report by September 17, 2027

Any unspent funds cannot be committed after June 30, 2027 and must be reverted to the State General Fund by September 17, 2027

Act becomes effective upon passage and approval
