Mandates prosecuting agencies maintaining Brady-Giglio lists to adopt formal policies specifying criteria for placement, required timeframes for notices, and procedural requirements for exercising rights.

Prohibits prosecuting agencies from disclosing Brady-Giglio information about law enforcement witnesses except to the officer/employee, their legal counsel, or as required by law or court order.

Requires notification within 90 days after July 1, 2025 to all officers currently on Brady-Giglio lists of their right to request reconsideration of their placement.
