Defines "squatter" as a person who violates housebreaking or unlawful occupancy laws and explicitly excludes squatters from the legal definition of "tenant" for summary eviction proceedings

Reduces the period for unlawful occupants to file a complaint for reentry from 21 calendar days to 5 calendar days after being locked out following arrest

Reduces the property owner's required storage period for unlawful occupants' personal property from 21 days to 5 days before disposal
