County clerks are required (changed from authorized) to use U.S. Postal Service change-of-address data to correct the statewide voter registration list, either directly or through a USPS-authorized contractor.

County clerks must publish on their official website the number of persons removed from the voter registration list using USPS address change data.

Before removing any voter from the registration list, county clerks must mail a notice to the affected registered voter and follow existing procedures under NRS 293.530.

Contains an unfunded mandate on local governments; the bill explicitly exempts related local government expenses from certain fiscal limitations under NRS 354.599.

Main provisions become effective January 1, 2026, with immediate effect upon passage for regulatory and administrative preparation.
