Allows the Administrator of the Division of State Parks to designate a person to serve on the Advisory Board on Outdoor Recreation in their place

Expands the Outdoor Education and Recreation Grant Program to fund outdoor recreational infrastructure projects for pupils, not just education programs

Creates a new grant category for programs, activities, and infrastructure projects that provide outdoor recreation education or improve public access to outdoor recreation

Establishes selection priorities for public-focused grants based on alignment with state outdoor recreation plans, commitment to matching funds, and creation of public-private partnerships

Effective date: July 1, 2025
