Raises mileage fees from $2 to $3 per mile traveled for service of legal documents, with the maximum fee for unsuccessful service attempts increasing from $20 to $30

Increases fees for various legal services to $26, including: taking bonds/undertakings (from $5), serving rules or orders (from $15), serving subpoenas (from $15), summary eviction services (from $21), and writs of possession/restitution (from $21)

Raises the constable fee for summoning a jury before a justice of the peace from $7 to $26

Applies identical fee increases to both county sheriffs (including Carson City) and constables, amending NRS 248.275 and NRS 258.125
