Expands the definition of "intimate image" to include AI-generated and computer-generated photorealistic images depicting identifiable persons in sexual content or nudity, in addition to actual photographs and videos

Removes the existing exception that excluded images of public figures from protection under the intimate image dissemination law

Creates a new offense for knowingly distributing synthetic intimate images without consent when the image would lead a reasonable person to believe it depicts the actual person

Establishes an exception exempting persons under 18 years of age from prosecution under the intimate image dissemination law

Maintains the category D felony penalty for violations and preserves existing exceptions for legitimate public interest, reporting unlawful conduct, law enforcement activities, and legal proceedings
