Unit owners in common-interest communities may record meetings of unit owners and executive board meetings using any audio or video recording method, expanding beyond the previous limitation to audiotape or sound reproduction only

Recording requires the unit owner to provide notice of intent to record to other attendees before the meeting begins

Executive board meetings held in executive session cannot be recorded by unit owners

Amends NRS 116.3108 and NRS 116.31083 governing homeowner association meeting procedures

Effective immediately upon passage and approval
