Increases penalties for sex trafficking a child under 14 years old to life imprisonment without parole or with parole eligibility after 20 years (up from 15 years), and raises maximum fine to $40,000 (up from $20,000)

Increases penalties for sex trafficking a child aged 14-15 to life with parole eligibility after 15 years (up from 10 years) and maximum fine of $20,000 (up from $10,000)

Increases penalties for sex trafficking a child aged 16-17 to life with parole eligibility after 10 years (up from 5 years) and maximum fine of $20,000 (up from $10,000)

Increases penalties for facilitating sex trafficking of a victim under 18 from 3-10 years imprisonment to 8-20 years imprisonment

Takes effect immediately upon passage and approval by the Governor
