Appropriates $7,000,000 to the Cure 4 The Kids Foundation for infrastructure, equipment, and accreditation costs to establish a Pediatric Stem Cell and Bone Marrow Transplant Program in Nevada

Allocates $2,500,000 specifically for conducting the first five bone marrow transplant operations required to obtain accreditation from the Foundation for the Accreditation of Cellular Therapy

Provides $6,500,000 in operational funding over two fiscal years: $3,500,000 for FY 2025-2026 and $3,000,000 for FY 2026-2027 to cover staffing, training, benefits, and administrative costs

Requires the Cure 4 The Kids Foundation to submit expenditure reports to the Interim Finance Committee by December 18, 2026 and September 17, 2027, and to allow Legislative Auditor access to financial records

Effective date of July 1, 2025, with unused appropriations reverting to the State General Fund by September 17, 2027
