Requires Medicaid to provide limited emergency medical coverage to Nevada residents under 21 years of age who are otherwise ineligible due to immigration status, including emergency transportation, emergency room care, and related inpatient services

Extends coverage with prior Department approval for dialysis, cancer treatment (surgery, chemotherapy, radiation, immunotherapy), bone marrow transplants for cancer patients, and kidney transplants for those with end-stage renal disease

Explicitly excludes coverage for elective surgery, preventive care, dental services, hospice care, substance use disorder treatment, routine prenatal care, rehabilitative services, and most organ/stem cell transplants

Requires the Department of Health and Human Services to apply for federal waivers or State Plan amendments necessary to obtain federal financial participation for this coverage

Directs the Department by January 1, 2026, to identify common services for pediatric cancer and rare childhood diseases and request at least a 2% increase in Medicaid reimbursement rates for those services
