Reduces the state business license fee from $200 to $100 for sole proprietorships, limited-liability companies, limited partnerships, and general partnerships that employ 50 or fewer full-time or part-time employees

Maintains the existing $500 fee for corporations organized under NRS chapters 78, 78A, 78B, or foreign corporations filing under chapter 80

Maintains the existing $200 fee for other business types that do not qualify for the reduced rate

Effective date: July 1, 2025
