Removes the statutory requirement for the State Forester Firewarden to cooperate with the State Fire Marshal on vegetation management for fire prevention

Eliminates the five named sections of the State Fire Marshal Division (Fire Protection and Control, Fire Investigation, Public Education, Fire Service Training, and Fire Data sections) while maintaining the Division itself

Adds cannabis production facilities to the list of facilities where the State Fire Marshal must enforce fire safety laws and regulations regarding exits and access

Expands mandatory State Fire Marshal fire investigations to include fires resulting in injury or financial losses exceeding $2,000,000, in addition to existing requirements for deaths and suspicious fires

Takes effect upon passage and approval
