Requires mandatory disgorgement of all profits, gains, gross receipts, or other benefits from illegal gaming activities, with funds deposited into the State General Fund

Applies disgorgement to unlicensed gaming operations (NRS 463.160), gambling fraud and cheating offenses (NRS 465.070-465.086), and illegal wagering conducted through any communication medium

Increases the penalty for accepting wagers from persons physically present in Nevada through remote communication from a misdemeanor to a gross misdemeanor

Unlicensed gaming violations carry penalties of 1-10 years imprisonment and up to $50,000 in fines, while repeat fraud/cheating offenses carry 1-6 years and up to $10,000 in fines
