Expands Nevada's child pornography laws to include computer-generated child pornography, covering AI-created images that are indistinguishable from actual minors or that modify images of real children or adults to depict minors in sexual content

Increases penalties for preparing, advertising, or distributing child pornography: first offense remains a category B felony (1-15 years, up to $15,000 fine); second or subsequent offense elevated to category A felony (minimum 10 years to life with parole possibility)

Adds possession of computer-generated child pornography to existing possession prohibitions, which carry category B felony penalties for first offense (1-6 years, up to $5,000 fine) and category A felony for subsequent offenses (1 year to life)

Requires sex offender registration for persons convicted under these expanded provisions

Prevents double conviction for both distribution and possession charges involving the same material
