Renames the "Nevada State Museum" to "Nevada State Museum Carson City" to distinguish it from the Nevada State Museum Las Vegas within the Division of Museums and History

Requires the Board of Museums and History to establish policies and charges for services provided by the Division and its institutions, including storage, curation, repair, and conducting studies

Removes the Board of Museums and History's authority to approve museum programs, transferring that decision-making solely to the Division Administrator

Eliminates the requirement that property placement and exhibition decisions be subject to the "sole discretion of the Board," giving the Administrator more operational flexibility

Effective date: July 1, 2025
