Appropriates $24 million from the State General Fund to Clark County for rental assistance programs ($12 million per fiscal year for 2025-2026 and 2026-2027) serving elderly persons, persons with disabilities, and families or individuals facing unanticipated emergencies

Appropriates $6 million to the City of Reno ($3 million per fiscal year) and $3 million to the City of Sparks ($1.5 million per fiscal year) for the same rental assistance purposes

Requires each jurisdiction's manager to submit expenditure reports to the Interim Finance Committee by December 18, 2026 and a final report by September 17, 2027

Mandates that recipients make all financial records available to the Legislative Auditor upon request for audit purposes

Unspent funds must revert to the State General Fund by September 18, 2026 and September 17, 2027 respectively, with the act becoming effective July 1, 2025
